Country music icon Clint Black will take center stage at the University of Idaho’s 2nd Annual Summer Country Showdown music festival this weekend. The event, set for August 24, will feature Black performing as the headliner for Saturday’s concert at 6:00 p.m. in the ICCU Arena.
Opening for Black will be country artist Craig Morgan, known for his 2004 hit “That’s What I Love About Sunday,” which topped the country charts.
On Friday, August 23, the festival kicks off with Yung Gravy, who has ventured into country music following a successful hip-hop career.
Tickets for the festival are available at Summer Country Showdown.
