Gulf Coast country artist Jared Daws is set to release his latest single, “Come On Home,” on September 6, 2024. This new track blends elements of bluegrass, Zydeco, and classic country with Daws’ distinctive vocals, promising to captivate fans with its heartfelt invitation to return to the Appalachian mountains.
Since launching his solo career in 2008, Daws has been a prominent figure in the Americana and country music scene. His previous solo album, “Snow Below,” released last year, received acclaim for its authentic sound. “Come On Home,” produced by Pat Lyons of Colter Wall’s touring band, continues Daws’ tradition of melding contemporary country with profound, relatable messages.
Daws recently appeared on 4WWL’s “Great Day Louisiana,” where he discussed his evolving musical style, his introduction to music by his father, and how his visual snow syndrome has influenced his songwriting. His music is currently being featured on Cat Country 98.9FM.
Originally from New Orleans and now based in southern Mississippi, Daws remains active in touring and music creation. His upcoming single, “Come On Home,” evokes a deep connection to his roots, with lyrics such as, “Take me back to Appalachia, let that runnin’ water wash away my sins, take me back to Appalachia, where my love for this all did begin.”
The single will be available on major streaming platforms on September 6, with a music video set to premiere on September 14, 2024. Fans can preview the track on YouTube and pre-order it at Jared Daws’ link. For more updates, visit Jared Daws’ official website.
