Charli XCX will appear alongside Olivia Wilde in Gregg Araki’s upcoming erotic thriller, “I Want Your Sex.” Announced on Friday by Variety, the Guess musician is set to join Wilde and Cooper Hoffman in the film’s main cast.
While Charli XCX’s specific role has not yet been disclosed, the film’s synopsis reveals that Hoffman will play a young man who secures a job with Wilde’s character, Erika Tracy, a renowned artist and provocateur. The story delves into themes of sex, obsession, power, betrayal, and murder as Erika introduces her young employee to a tumultuous world.
This marks Charli XCX’s second significant screen role, following her casting in the horror remake “Faces of Death.” She previously lent her voice to 2016’s “The Angry Birds Movie” and 2019’s “UglyDolls.”
