Texas Tech University has announced an exciting lineup for its Homecoming weekend, featuring country music sensation Niko Moon and Grammy-nominated band Midland. The concert is set to take place on October 18, immediately following the university’s homecoming pep rally and bonfire.
This highly anticipated event, which is free and open to the public, will be held on the student recreation fields, located just east of United Supermarkets Arena, near Urbanovsky Park. In addition to providing an evening of live music, the concert will also serve as the launch of a comprehensive fundraising campaign for the university.
Attendees should be aware that Texas Tech’s clear bag policy will be enforced during the event. While concessions will not be available near the stage, a variety of food trucks will be stationed along 18th Street, offering numerous dining options.
For those driving to the concert, free public parking will be provided in commuter lots west of United Supermarkets Arena, as well as in the R-18, R-25, and R-5 parking lots.
