Tucker Wetmore celebrated a significant milestone on Tuesday night with his debut performance at the Grand Ole Opry. The singer-songwriter took to the iconic stage to deliver renditions of his tracks “Silverado Blue,” “What Not To,” and “Wind Up Missin’ You.”
Reflecting on the moment, Wetmore shared, “Before I moved to Nashville, I visited here with my mom in 2020. I vividly remember telling her, ‘I’m going to play that stage one day,’ and now I’m living that dream.”
Wetmore, who sees his Grand Ole Opry debut as an inspiration for aspiring artists, added, “If you have a dream, believe in it. As Philippians 4:13 says, ‘I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.'”
The release of Wetmore’s debut EP, Waves on a Sunset, is set for October 4, with presaves currently available. On the same day, he will also launch his headlining Waves On A Sunset Tour. For tickets and tour dates, visit tuckerwetmore.com.
