Dua Lipa has officially announced the comprehensive schedule for her highly anticipated Radical Optimism Tour in 2025. The pop sensation, who previously revealed that the tour will commence in Asia in November 2024, has now detailed the full itinerary, which includes performances in Australia, Europe, and North America.
In an Instagram post, the 29-year-old artist shared her excitement about the upcoming tour, stating: “‘Radical Optimism Tour’ 2025. They said ‘Miss 2022 Dua.’ Well, I’ll be hauling a** for the foreseeable future and I can’t wait to bring this show to you.”
The tour will kick off with shows in Asia, featuring stops in Singapore, the Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Thailand. After a brief break, Lipa will resume performances in Australia and New Zealand starting in March 2025.
The European leg of the tour is set to begin in May and continue through June, with scheduled stops in Madrid, Spain; Lyon, France; Hamburg, Germany; Amsterdam, Netherlands; and Milan, Italy. The tour will then reach London for two major shows at Wembley Stadium on June 20 and 21, with additional UK dates in Liverpool and Dublin, Ireland.
In September, Lipa will cross the Atlantic to North America, starting in Toronto, Canada on September 1. The North American segment will include performances in cities such as Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, New York, Miami, and Dallas, culminating in Seattle on October 16.
Lipa, who headlined the Glastonbury Festival this summer, expressed her enthusiasm about the Wembley Stadium shows, saying: “There couldn’t be a better time to share this with you all! I am still flying high from the magic of headlining the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury this weekend, and I am absolutely thrilled to announce I’ll be playing Wembley Stadium this time next year.”
A source close to the singer told The Sun’s Bizarre column: “Dua still can’t believe she gets to headline Wembley Stadium. She wants to make it feel like a giant disco and ensure everyone has the best seat in the house. Walking through the crowd during one of her songs allows her to feel intimate with her fans while performing to 80,000 of them.”
