Rising country music star Angie K has released her latest single, Stay, a bilingual track in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The song blends traditional country melodies with Latin rhythms, showcasing her unique musical style.

Written by Angie K alongside David Borys, Tom Pino, and Jason Haag, Stay reflects on a long-term relationship. “I wrote Stay about my relationship of nine years,” Angie K shared. “We’ve seen so many sides of each other, given each other reasons to give in when it gets tough, but every day we show up for each other. It’s beautiful.”

The single will be featured on Angie K’s upcoming self-titled EP, set to release independently on October 25, 2024. The 2023 CMT Next Women of Country artist has been working on the project with songwriter Stephony Smith, known for penning hits for stars like Tim McGraw, Shania Twain, and Reba McEntire.

Born in El Salvador and raised in Georgia, Angie K’s love for country music was nurtured from a young age. Her journey recently came full circle when she made her debut at Nashville’s iconic Grand Ole Opry, fulfilling a lifelong dream.

With Stay, Angie K continues her breakout year, bringing her unique blend of country and Latin influences to a wider audience.
