LL COOL J has made a triumphant return to the music scene with his latest release, THE FORCE, which has debuted at No. 9 on the Top Rap Albums chart. This marks the rapper’s fifth consecutive top 10 entry since the chart’s inception in 2004, despite it being over a decade since his last album.

Released under LL COOL J’s self-titled label in partnership with Def Jam Recordings, THE FORCE accumulated 16,000 equivalent album units during the tracking week of September 6 to 12, as reported by Luminate. This figure includes 11,500 traditional album sales, making it the highest-selling rap album of the week. Additionally, the album garnered 4,000 units from streaming and 500 units from track-equivalent album units, reflecting a diverse range of consumer engagement.
