Brad Cox has returned with a powerful new single, “Everything I’ve Got,” aimed at anyone who has ever felt wronged. The rising country star describes the song as essential to his creative process, stating, “This song was bred out of necessity. I couldn’t write another song until I got this one off my chest. It’s a bit of a new era and a new sound, and I’m pumped about all of it.”
This release marks a fresh chapter for the ARIA-nominated and Golden Guitar-winning artist, who has recently signed with Warner Music Australia. Reflecting on this new partnership, Cox expressed his enthusiasm: “Signing this new record deal with Warner Music feels like home. I feel like I’m understood in my vision for this project and supported with the means to make my dreams happen.”
Dan Rosen, president of Warner Music Australasia, echoed this sentiment, saying, “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Brad Cox into the Warner Music family. His genuine authenticity and undeniable talent have already captured the hearts of fans, and we can’t wait to help take his music to more audiences worldwide.”
Cox also announced his largest tour to date, the “Everything I’ve Got Tour,” set to launch on October 17 in Canberra, with additional stops in Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne, Rockhampton, and Brisbane. He promises an unforgettable experience: “After months working on this show, I promise it will be unlike any other Brad Cox show you’ve seen before… and all your favorite parts at the same time.”
Earlier this year, Cox was featured in Rolling Stone AU/NZ’s ‘Future of Music’ series, spotlighting him as one of the most innovative artists from Australia and New Zealand. His previous work, including his self-titled debut album and the storytelling collection Acres, has solidified his place in the country music landscape.
