Country 93 is gearing up for a festive celebration to mark its 10th anniversary this Thursday at 6 p.m. The event, hosted in a parking lot and presented by Rona, Portage, recalls the station’s launch in September 2014, which kicked off with a lively performance by Doc Walker.
Since its inception, Country 93 has played approximately one million songs, showcasing the talents of numerous local musicians who have risen to prominence over the years. The anniversary party is free to attend, but attendees are encouraged to bring some cash, as food trucks will be on-site, providing a chance to enjoy a meal or snack while supporting local vendors as the season draws to a close.
