Kane Brown was celebrated as the people’s country champion at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards, held at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville on September 26.
Accepting one of the evening’s top honors, the 30-year-old star expressed gratitude to his fans while reflecting on his journey. “I always, always look down on myself every day. I never think I should be on this stage,” Brown admitted.
He took the opportunity to inspire young viewers, encouraging “any kid” to “dream, help people out, and not listen to those who say no when you try to achieve something.”
Concluding his heartfelt speech, Brown expressed appreciation for his wife, Katelyn Jae Brown, and their three children.
