This Friday, country artist Taylor Moss celebrates a significant milestone with the release of her debut album, Firecracker. The album promises to solidify Moss’s place in the country music landscape, inspired by the legends who shaped her journey, including Carrie Underwood, Kacey Musgraves, Loretta Lynn, Lainey Wilson, Avril Lavigne, and Katy Perry, as she reveals in her single “The Women Who Raised Me.”
Moss has already achieved chart-topping success with previous singles such as “Ain’t No Girly Girl” and “Get It Girl,” and she earned a Golden Guitar nomination for Best New Talent in 2023.
As an independent and self-managed artist, Moss has poured her heart and soul into bringing Firecracker to life. “I’m really excited and nervous about my debut album being released. It’s been a big 12 months making sure all of this comes to light,” she shared with fans earlier this month.
Firecracker unfolds as a narrative in three parts: beginnings, heartbreak, and the rediscovery of love. “Every song is or has been a part of my journey,” Moss explained, inviting listeners to connect with the deeply personal stories behind each track.
