Big Sean may not have announced tour dates for his latest album Better Me Than You, but fans have plenty to look forward to. On October 24, he’s set to perform a medley from the album on “Amazon Music Live,” as announced by Amazon Music on Wednesday.
The Detroit rapper will take the stage at 9 p.m. PT, joined by North Carolina A&T’s Blue and Gold Marching Machine and the Fellowship Gospel Choir to honor homecoming season. This season of “Amazon Music Live” also features performances from Jelly Roll, Halsey, and J Balvin, with more artists yet to be announced.
Since its August release, Better Me Than You has made waves with collaborations from Gunna, Bryson Tiller, Charlie Wilson, and Kodak Black across 21 tracks. Sean previously promoted the album with singles like “Precision,” “Together Forever” featuring The Alchemist, and “Yes,” which also boasts a Cole Bennett-directed music video.
Reflecting on the album, Sean told XXL, “I know everyone’s going through something… sometimes it’s beautiful, sometimes it’s a lot. This project is a reminder that you’re going through it because you’re the one who can get through it.”
