Cleveland is buzzing with excitement this weekend as the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame prepares to welcome its Class of 2024 inductees. Some of the biggest names in music, including Mary J. Blige, Dave Matthews Band, A Tribe Called Quest, Kool & The Gang, Cher, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, and Ozzy Osbourne, will gather for a celebration concert honoring their legendary contributions to the industry.
“Being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has become music’s highest honor,” said John Sykes, chairman of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. “The surprises are non-stop, and that’s what makes this show amazing—you never know what’s going to happen. These brilliant artists are backstage brainstorming ideas that continually surprise us.”
Greg Harris, president and CEO of the Rock & Roll Foundation and Museum, likened the induction week to “our Super Bowl weekend,” highlighting the festive atmosphere as music fans from across the nation flock to Cleveland to partake in the celebrations. Among them is Kimm Bruce, who is celebrating her 60th birthday with friends, making the occasion even more special.
As the weekend unfolds, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame promises to deliver unforgettable performances and moments as it honors this year’s inductees.
