Dynamic hip-hop duo G-Hills Finest, consisting of Kido Alph and Riozer TR, has officially launched their latest music video, “Poppin & Shoppin”. This energetic track serves as the inaugural single from their debut mixtape, Songoni Mande, set to release on October 25.
“Poppin & Shoppin” highlights the duo’s lyrical skill and infectious beats, blending English and Garo lyrics that celebrate the vibrant culture of Garo Hills. The song delves into themes of vanity and societal perceptions based on appearance.
Directed by Ludip Nongbak, the music video captures the essence of local life, showcasing stunning visuals that reflect urban Garo culture. It promises to offer a fusion of contemporary hip-hop and traditional influences, appealing to a diverse audience.

The video is released under Artsourced, a pop-culture label based in Tura dedicated to fostering community through music, media, animation, and gaming. The audio is sponsored by the Durama Association of Music and Arts and PRIME Meghalaya.
