Jason Aldean is back in the studio, and he’s ready to create new music. The 47-year-old country music star recently shared a video on his Instagram story showcasing himself and his band on the first day of recording, hinting at a forthcoming album.

Aldean’s last release, “Highway Desperado,” dropped in November 2023, and with his accompanying tour concluding just weeks ago, he appears to be right on track. If his past release patterns are any indication, fans can likely expect the new album to arrive in the fall of 2025.

With eleven studio albums under his belt (twelve if including his “Macon, Georgia” project), Aldean shows no signs of slowing down. Since debuting with his self-titled album in July 2005, he has achieved nearly 30 No. 1 hits and has been honored as Entertainer of the Year at the ACM Awards three times. Additionally, with 65 Grammy nominations, Aldean has firmly established himself as one of country music’s most influential artists.
