Country music singer-songwriter Drew Baldridge has released his latest single, “Tough People,” an anthem that honors resilience and determination. Co-written by Baldridge alongside Adam Sanders, Jordan Walker, and Luke Combs, this new track follows his record-breaking hit “She’s Somebody’s Daughter,” which became Baldridge’s first No. 1 song.
Describing “Tough People” as a deeply personal reflection, Baldridge stated, “Our world is full of tough people fighting every day. For me, it’s my story of not giving up on my dreams. ‘She’s Somebody’s Daughter’ was a tough journey, but our team’s hard work paid off—tough times make tough people.”
The release also marks a significant milestone in Baldridge’s career as he partners with BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville. “Tough People” is set to debut on country radio on November 4 through Stoney Creek Records. Earlier this week, Baldridge previewed the single for fans and industry colleagues at the St. Jude Country Cares event in Memphis, which supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
