Taylor Swift has expressed her admiration for Sabrina Carpenter, her former Eras Tour opener, following a surprise guest appearance during Swift’s recent show in New Orleans. In an Instagram post, Swift praised Carpenter, calling her “as real as they come” and highlighting the joy of sharing the stage with the “Nonsense” singer.
“One of the things I’ll always remember from this weekend was getting to surprise the crowd with a performance by the pop princess of our dreams: Sabrina Carpenter,” Swift wrote, acknowledging Carpenter’s dedication in taking the time to perform despite her own ongoing Short n’ Sweet concerts.
As Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour approaches its conclusion, she is set to play her final three U.S. dates in Indianapolis this weekend, followed by six performances in Toronto, before wrapping up with three shows in Vancouver in early December.
