Sioux Falls has been selected as one of ten cities to host the upcoming two-day rock and country music festival, Rock the Country — A Festival for We the People, scheduled for July 18-19, 2025.

Nathan Baugh, CEO of Peachtree Entertainment, expressed excitement about the event, stating, “This festival is our way of giving back to communities and providing an experience like never before. We are passionate about curating an event that combines top-tier musical talent with the charm of small-town America, and we can’t wait for fans to join us on this historic musical journey.”

While the specific location for the festival has yet to be announced, Baugh emphasized that attendees can look forward to a diverse lineup of performances, delicious food, and the unique sense of community that southeastern South Dakota offers.

This year’s tour featured renowned artists including Jason Aldean, Kid Rock, Miranda Lambert, Hank Williams Jr., and Lynyrd Skynyrd. The festival is a collaborative effort between concert promoter Peachtree Entertainment and LiveCo, a private equity-backed entertainment company known for producing over 3,000 live shows annually across various genres.
