Rising hip-hop star and NCAA women’s basketball champion Flau’jae is poised to launch the deluxe edition of her debut project, Best of Both Worlds, on November 15. This expanded release will feature four new tracks that showcase her sharp lyricism and diverse style, further solidifying her place in the hip-hop landscape.
The original Best of Both Worlds, released in June, includes notable collaborations with Lil Wayne, NLE Choppa, and 2rare, paying tribute to her father’s legacy while establishing her distinct voice. Alongside the deluxe announcement, Flau’jae has unveiled “Big Bag,” an empowering anthem that celebrates her accomplishments and themes of luxury, ambition, and independence. This follows her viral freestyle over Tommy Richman’s “Million Dollar Baby,” which highlighted her captivating flow and lyrical prowess.
Flau’jae also made a significant impact at the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards, delivering a standout performance of “Legendary Flows” and “Came Out A Beast” alongside Lil Wayne, after being named BET’s Amplified Artist of the Month in October.
In addition to her musical achievements, the Georgia native recently excelled on the basketball court, scoring a double-double with 30 points in an exhibition game against Xavier, wrapping up a remarkable year in both of her careers.
