The Iroquois Falls Arts Council is gearing up for its third annual Christmas concert on Friday, November 29, 2024, featuring the local country music duo Rosewood Ave.
Dave and Sabrina Sauvé, the husband-and-wife duo from Matheson, have enjoyed a whirlwind year since their performance at last year’s event. In 2023, the couple was nominated for Group or Duo of the Year at the Country Music Association of Ontario Awards. They also took home the CBC Searchlight Most Outstanding Country Artist award, selected from thousands of submissions.
The duo’s success continued with the release of their single “I Won’t,” which climbed the Top 100 Canadian Country radio charts and gained significant exposure across North America, landing on Spotify’s editorial country playlists.
As 2024 progresses, Rosewood Ave. has maintained momentum with another nomination for Group or Duo of the Year at the Country Music Association of Ontario Awards, and they’ve signed with the Fame Group Agency.
The concert, which will be held at the Marie and Dr. Michael Boyle Community Auditorium, will showcase a blend of holiday classics and original country tunes by Rosewood Ave.
Tickets are available online for $20 for adults and $10 for children 17 and under, with a small convenience fee.
