Koe Wetzel and Jessie Murph’s collaboration “High Road” has broken into the top 10 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, ascending two spots to No. 10 on the chart dated November 16. The track, marking the first entry for both artists on the chart, saw a 17% increase in its audience, reaching 17.5 million listeners between November 1 and 7, according to Luminate.
Co-written by Murph, Wetzel, Amy Allen, Carrie K, Josh Serrato, Gabe Simon, and Laura Veltz, “High Road” is featured on Wetzel’s 9 Lives album, which peaked at No. 5 on Top Country Albums in August, becoming his fourth top 10 on that chart. The track is also part of Murph’s album That Ain’t No Man That’s the Devil, released in September. On the Hot Country Songs chart, “High Road” debuted at No. 8 in June, marking the second top 10 hit for both artists.
Wetzel recently concluded the European leg of his Damn Near Normal World Tour 2024, while Murph’s next performance is slated for November 23 in Huntsville, Alabama.
