Rising country music artist and songwriter TAELA has released her highly anticipated second country single, “Crocodile Tears,” today via Lucky Panther Records, the independent label she co-founded. Written by TAELA and Kendall Goodman, the track marks a powerful anthem about breaking free from a toxic relationship and reclaiming personal strength.
“This song was a pivotal, empowering moment for me,” TAELA shared. “It’s my final goodbye to a relationship, and the last song I’ll probably ever write about that person. Every time I sing it, I feel a major emotional release, and I hope listeners feel that too.”
Produced by David Mescon, who has worked with artists like Megan Moroney and Tigirlily Gold, the track is paired with a music video shot in Ashland City and directed by Acacia Evans.
Following her debut country single, “Rollin’,” which has garnered impressive streaming numbers, “Crocodile Tears” is expected to be featured on TAELA’s upcoming debut country album, slated for release in early 2025. Fans can stream the song on all major platforms now.
