K-pop band BTS has reached another milestone with their “DNA” music video, surpassing 1.6 billion views on YouTube for the third time, as confirmed by their label Big Hit Music. The track joins “Dynamite” and “Boy With Luv (feat. Halsey)” in achieving this impressive feat.
Released in 2017 as the lead single from their fifth EP Love Yourself: Her, “DNA” marked a historic moment for the group, becoming the first K-pop act to chart on both the Billboard 200 and Hot 100. The song debuted at No. 85 on the Hot 100, peaking at No. 67, while the mini album entered the Billboard 200 at No. 7, remaining on the chart for weeks.
