Irish country music icon Susan McCann is hitting the road this holiday season with a special Christmas concert at The Alley Theatre in Strabane on Thursday, December 12. Fans can look forward to a night of festive cheer, with McCann performing a mix of timeless classics alongside her live band, creating a memorable evening of music and entertainment.
Joining McCann for this special performance will be her granddaughter, Sinead, who will collaborate with her on several duets, including the beloved track “Grandpa Tell ‘Bout The Good Old Days.” McCann’s husband of over 50 years, Denis Heaney, will also take the stage, adding his talents on the accordion.
A spokesperson for the event organizers promised an unforgettable experience, with McCann performing some of her greatest hits, including “Broken Speed of the Sound of Loneliness,” “Big Tom is Still the King,” and “When the Sun Says Goodbye to the Mountains.”
