Ed Sheeran is set to make history as the first international artist to perform in Bhutan, with a highly anticipated concert scheduled for January 24 at the Changlimithang Stadium in the capital, Thimphu. The show is part of Sheeran’s ongoing +–=×÷ (Mathematics) tour, which has already captivated audiences worldwide.

Tickets for the event, which went on sale on November 30, are priced affordably, starting at just $10 USD. Higher ticket tiers are available, ranging from $31 USD to $101 USD, reflecting Sheeran’s dedication to making his music accessible to fans from all walks of life. However, international visitors will also be required to pay Bhutan’s Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of $100 USD per day. This fee was introduced to support the country’s development and preserve its rich cultural and environmental heritage.

Sheeran’s performance will span hits from across his career, including fan favorites like “Perfect” and “Shape of You,” along with tracks from his latest album, Subtract. The concert will also feature music from his past albums, including Plus, Multiply, Divide, and Equals.

This marks Sheeran’s fourth major tour, and the Bhutan show is part of a broader international journey that will take him to India, China, the Middle East, and eventually Europe. After more than three years on the road, the Mathematics tour will wrap up in Düsseldorf, Germany, in September 2025, following its April 2022 start in Dublin.
