O’Brien, who is no stranger to Cringe Blizzard, had previously connected with the band’s frontwoman, Katharina. During her appearance, Katharina invited O’Brien to Austria for a metal-screaming lesson, which he enthusiastically accepted. The result was a hilarious and chaotic performance, though O’Brien joked about sustaining a “hernia” while trying to keep up with the intense energy of the band.
