Dead & Company is set to return to Sphere Las Vegas for an extended residency, announcing 18 new shows beginning March 20, 2025. The band, a Grateful Dead spinoff featuring original members Bob Weir and Mickey Hart alongside John Mayer, Oteil Burbridge, Jeff Chimenti, and Jay Lane, will perform alongside ongoing shows by The Eagles at the venue.
The Sphere, which opened in September 2023 with U2’s U2/UV Achtung Baby Live at the Sphere residency, has quickly become renowned for its immersive multimedia experiences. The venue features an expansive LED screen and cutting-edge audio technology that has drawn major artists, including Phish, Dead & Company, and The Eagles.
Dead & Company’s new residency will run through March, April, and May 2025, with presale tickets available to fans starting December 10, 2024. General tickets will go on sale to the public on December 13, 2024.
The band’s return to the Strip follows the completion of their Final Tour in 2023. Their Las Vegas residency will coincide with the Eagles’ ongoing performances, which began in September 2024 and are scheduled to run until April 2025.
Fans can sign up for presale tickets through the band’s website, where they can also purchase VIP concert and hotel packages.
