Country music legend Jo Dee Messina will bring her chart-topping hits to Evansville next June. The singer, best known for her breakout hit “Heads Carolina, Tails California,” will perform live at the Aiken Theatre on June 1, 2025.
Messina’s career skyrocketed after the release of her debut single in 1996, which quickly made her a household name. Her first album went on to earn RIAA gold certification, and she continued to dominate the charts with nine #1 singles and 16 Top 40 hits.
Her success in the late ’90s made her a trailblazer in country music, becoming the first female artist in the genre to score three consecutive multi-week, chart-topping songs.
Messina’s second album, I’m Alright, produced five Top 10 hits and sold over a million copies in the U.S., further cementing her place in country music history. To date, she has released six #1 singles on the Billboard Country Music Chart and received accolades from both the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music, as well as two Grammy nominations.
Fans can look forward to a night of classic hits and unforgettable performances when Jo Dee Messina takes the stage in Evansville next summer.
