Chase Matthew dives into emotional conflict with his latest ballad, “Dancing in the Rain.” The song captures the uncertainty of love and life’s unpredictable moments, asking poignant questions: “Are we gonna be crying in the storm or dancing in the rain? Going up in smoke or sparking up a flame?”
Blending his country roots with pop elements, lo-fi beats, and soft bass lines, Matthew creates a genre-defying sound that complements the song’s emotional depth. As “Dancing in the Rain” climbs the charts, Chase continues to ride the success of his previous hit, “Darlin’,” the follow-up to his debut single “Love You Again.”
Matthew will soon take his new music on the road, kicking off his 2025 World Tour on December 14th in Ridgefield, Washington. The tour will run through April 25th in Lake Charles, Louisiana, before he joins Keith Urban as an opening act on Urban’s High and Alive World Tour.
