Nashville is set to ring in the New Year with a star-studded celebration, as Luke Bryan, Shaboozey, Lainey Wilson, and Post Malone join the lineup for New Year’s Eve: Nashville’s Big Bash, CBS announced Wednesday. Alongside these newcomers, Tyler Hubbard, Miranda Lambert, Luke Combs, Eric Church, Brittney Spencer, Chris Stapleton, and Zach Top will also perform during the five-hour special.
Keith Urban, who co-hosts the event with Entertainment Tonight’s Rachel Smith, will perform live from Nashville’s Bicentennial Park, alongside fellow headliners Kane Brown and Jelly Roll. The outdoor celebration will feature 40 performances, a countdown to the Music Note drop, and a midnight fireworks display.
Shaboozey joins the lineup after earning five Grammy nominations, including for his hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy).” Post Malone, who embraced country with his album F-1 Trillion, and Lainey Wilson, whose album Whirlwind is up for a Grammy, are also among the featured artists. Meanwhile, country acts like Ernest, Hardy, and Blake Shelton will perform at ABC’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
