The Haley Gallery at the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum will open a new exhibition, Snapshots, showcasing the works of artist Mark Mulroney. The exhibit, which opens Thursday, January 16, and runs through Friday, March 14, is free and open to the public.
Snapshots is a powerful collection of paintings and mixed-media pieces inspired by the life experiences of prominent civil rights leaders, such as Congressman John Lewis. The works address themes of sorrow, loss, and fear in American life, while also encouraging resilience and hope for a brighter future.
An opening reception will be held on January 16 from 5 to 8 p.m. The event is free to attend and offers an opportunity to meet the artist.
All artworks featured in the exhibition will be available for purchase. For more details on pricing and availability, visitors can contact the gallery directly. The Haley Gallery is located at 224 Rep. John Lewis Way S., Nashville. For more information, visit the gallery’s website.
