The Gympie Music Muster has announced an exciting new lineup for its 2025 Boss Hire Blues Bar, adding a vibrant touch to its already impressive festival schedule. The event, set to take place from August 28 to 31, 2025, will feature a blend of local legends and internationally renowned artists, including Ash Grunwald, Emma Donovan, Bondi Cigars, Karise Eden, 19-Twenty, and Lloyd Spiegel.
Since its debut in 1982, the Gympie Music Muster has become a cornerstone of Australian music culture, initially launched to celebrate The Webb Brothers’ Golden Guitar win. Over the years, it has grown into one of the country’s most iconic fundraising events, raising over $20 million for local charities. More than 2,500 acts, including legendary performers like the late Slim Dusty, have graced its stages.
This year, the festival recorded its largest attendance ever, drawing 50,000 people to Amamoor Creek State Forest. With the 2025 festival approaching, the Boss Hire Blues Bar promises to elevate the experience, offering attendees the chance to enjoy world-class blues performances in an unforgettable setting.
Emma Donovan, a first-time performer at Gympie Music Muster, expressed her excitement about the opportunity. “I’ve heard about the Muster for years, especially through connections to the Tamworth Country Music Festival,” Donovan said. “I’m thrilled to be part of such a storied event.”
Tickets for Gympie Music Muster 2025 are now available for purchase, with fans encouraged to secure their spots early for what promises to be another unforgettable celebration of music and community.
