Rookie K-pop sensation ILLIT has achieved a remarkable milestone, with their debut track “Magnetic” surpassing 500 million streams on Spotify. The song, released on March 25, 2024, from their debut album SUPER REAL ME, reached this impressive figure in just 277 days—making it the fastest debut track by a K-pop group to do so.
“Magnetic” quickly became a viral hit, resonating with both domestic and international fans, and solidifying ILLIT’s place in the competitive K-pop industry. The track not only earned millions of streams but also drew attention with its visually stunning music video.
SUPER REAL ME includes four tracks, with “Magnetic” serving as the title song. The album also features B-side tracks “My World,” “Midnight Fiction,” and “Lucky Girl Syndrome.” To mark their debut, ILLIT held a showcase on their release day, where they performed “My World” live for the first time.
