Japanese music sensation Fujii Kaze wowed his Filipino fans with an unforgettable performance in Manila, during his Best of Fujii Kaze: 2020-2024 Asia Tour. After a successful kick-off in Singapore, the singer-songwriter brought his unique blend of soulful melodies and electrifying stage presence to the SM Mall of Asia Arena, marking his first-ever concert in the Philippines.

The evening kicked off with a stunning acapella intro of “YASASHISA,” as Kaze, cloaked in a dramatic hood, took the stage to a wave of cheers. From the very first note, he captivated the audience with his emotional performance and commanding presence.
He then moved into “Nan-Nan,” showcasing his impressive piano skills before energetically finishing the track with a dance that further energized the crowd.
Kaze connected with the audience in a playful moment, inviting them to stand up with a warm “Manila, you can stand up if you want!” The fans eagerly responded, their excitement palpable.
The performance continued with fan favorites “Mo-Eh-Wa” and “Kiri Ga Naikara,” with Kaze’s energy never waning. During “Hedemo Ne-Yo,” he removed his jacket slowly, sending the crowd into a frenzy of excitement.
One of the most memorable moments came during the heartfelt performance of “Grace.” As he performed the song’s signature hand choreography, Kaze invited the audience to join in, creating a moment of unity and connection. In the middle of the song, he encouraged the crowd with a motivational message: “Say goodbye, say goodbye to all of your unhealthy ego, pride, or attachments!”
The show continued with “Seishun Sick,” which had the audience singing along with enthusiasm.
A touching moment followed as Kaze greeted the crowd in Tagalog, saying, “Kumusta? Kumusta kayo?” The fans responded with loud cheers, and he continued with a charming “Gwapo? Gwapa?” to which they answered a resounding “Yes!” He concluded with an inspiring message: “Please be happy, Manila. Everything starts with your mind, your heart, your feelings.”
