Close Enemies, the powerhouse rock band featuring Tom Hamilton of Aerosmith, has inked a major deal with TLG|ROCK for management and label services. The band, which also includes rock legends Tony Brock (The Babys, Rod Stewart), Peter Stroud (Sheryl Crow, Don Henley), Trace Foster, and veteran vocalist Chasen Hampton, is gearing up for the release of their debut single, “Sound of a Train,” set for January 17.
Hamilton, the Grammy-winning bassist and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member, joins forces with an all-star lineup of musicians with impressive histories of their own. Brock’s drumming pedigree includes stints with Rod Stewart and The Babys, while Stroud brings his extensive touring experience with Sheryl Crow and Don Henley to the group. Foster and Hampton, known for his role in the ’90s Mickey Mouse Club and pop group The Party, complete the ensemble.
The band’s debut single, “Sound of a Train,” will drop on January 17, followed by a series of live performances as they support their new material. With a distribution deal through Virgin Music Group, Close Enemies is poised to make a strong impact in the rock world.
