Eminem is making waves on the charts once again, this time alongside his longtime collaborator Snoop Dogg. After a successful 2024 campaign with his album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), which debuted at No. 1 globally, the rapper has shifted focus from his own projects to collaborating with fellow artists. Despite his recent album’s global success, it appears that Eminem is not actively pushing The Death of Slim Shady as a long-term effort.
Eminem returns to the charts as a featured artist on Snoop Dogg’s track “Gunz N Smoke,” part of Snoop’s latest album Missionary, released in mid-December. While the song wasn’t initially chosen as a single, Eminem’s inclusion, along with a guest appearance from 50 Cent, has sparked significant interest and turned the track into an unexpected hit. The collaboration marks another major achievement for both hip-hop legends, demonstrating the lasting power of their musical partnership.
