Nashville’s New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash once again lived up to its “Music City” reputation, drawing around 220,000 attendees to the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park to ring in 2025. The star-studded event, broadcast live on CBS, also captivated viewers across the country via TV and online streams.

Fans started arriving as early as 9:30 a.m. on New Year’s Eve to secure prime spots in front of the stage. Country music legend Keith Urban kicked off the evening with a dynamic performance of his hit song “Straight Line” from his latest album, setting the tone for a night filled with top-tier musical performances.

Urban, who co-hosted the event alongside Entertainment Tonight’s Rachel Smith, performed for over an hour, keeping the crowd energized. One of the highlights of the night came when country artist Alana Springsteen joined Urban on stage to sing “Go Home With You.” Springsteen, who had previously performed with Urban at Summerfest, expressed her excitement about the collaboration, sharing that she was eagerly anticipating their upcoming tour together in 2025.
