Raekwon has revealed plans to release his long-awaited new album, The Emperor’s New Clothes, in 2025. The legendary Wu-Tang Clan member shared the exciting news with fans via Instagram, describing the upcoming project as a reflection of his personal growth and creative development.
In his post, Raekwon, known as “The Chef,” expressed enthusiasm for the year ahead, saying, “A year of growth and development. Let’s win 2025, THE EMPERORS NEW CLOTHES. Time to serve the masses, this carefully sculpted shit!”
The Emperor’s New Clothes will be Raekwon’s eighth solo album, following his 2017 release The Wild. The album will also mark his first full solo project since the third installment of his Only Built 4 Cuban Linx series, released in 2020. Fans are eagerly anticipating what Raekwon has in store with this highly anticipated new work.
