Rising US rapper and producer 2hollis has revealed plans to bring his experimental rap sounds to Australia for the first time, with a pair of headline shows set to coincide with his appearance at Laneway Festival 2025. The performances will take place at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Tuesday, February 11th, and Melbourne’s Howler venue on Wednesday, February 12th.
The 20-year-old artist, born Hollis Frazier-Herndon, is making waves in the music scene with his boundary-pushing approach to rap, earning praise for his unique blend of experimental sonics. A protégé of EDM icon Skrillex, 2hollis gained further recognition in 2023 when his track “poster boy” was featured on the soundtrack for EA Sports FC 24.
Fans will also get a taste of his upcoming third studio album, boy, slated for release in 2024, along with the exciting new single “gold.” Alongside his headline shows, 2hollis will also join the Laneway Festival lineup, which features performances by Charli XCX, Clairo, Beabadoobee, and more.
