SZA’s latest track, “BMF,” has claimed the top spot on the Mediabase pop music radio add board for the first week of 2025, earning the most playlist additions across pop stations. The song received 77 adds from Mediabase-monitored pop outlets, marking a powerful start to the year for the Grammy-winning artist.
Additionally, SZA holds the second position on the week’s add board with her collaboration alongside Kendrick Lamar, “luther,” which earned 59 new adds.
Teddy Swims follows with “Bad Dreams,” which secured 56 adds, placing it third. Chappell Roan’s “Pink Pony Club” garnered 33 adds, putting it in fourth, while Lola Young’s “Messy” rounds out the top five with 25 additions.
Other notable songs making waves in pop radio this week include Gigi Perez’s “Sailor Song” (23 adds), Kendrick Lamar’s “squabble up” (21 adds), and David Guetta, Alphaville & Ava Max’s “Forever Young” (20 adds). Meanwhile, The Marias’ “No One Noticed” and The Weeknd & Playboi Carti’s “Timeless” also made the top 10, with 18 and 16 adds, respectively.
