Treaty Oak Revival has officially confirmed that they are working on their third studio album, the follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2023 release, Have a Nice Day. The announcement was made via X (formerly Twitter), where the band posted a photo from the studio with the caption, “So it begins #album3,” sparking excitement among their growing fanbase.
The Texas-based Red Dirt rockers first captured attention with their 2021 debut No Vacancy, which helped them build a loyal following. However, it was Have a Nice Day that catapulted the band to wider recognition, with mainstream country listeners discovering their unique blend of edgy, grunge-infused Red Dirt Country. The album produced several fan-favorite tracks, including “Stop & Stare,” “In Between,” “See You in Court,” and “I’m the Worst.”
Details about the band’s upcoming album remain scarce, but the recent announcement and the release of their single “Happy Face” in September 2024 suggest that the new project is well underway. The angsty, heartbroken track is expected to be the lead single for the album, further fueling anticipation.
With their last album dropping two years after No Vacancy, it seems likely that Treaty Oak Revival will unveil their new album sometime in 2025. In addition to the album news, the band is gearing up for their 2025 tour, with resale tickets for some of their shows causing a stir by being listed for extraordinary prices, including one for $1 million.
The group will kick off this year’s tour with a double-header in Tulsa, Oklahoma next week, marking the start of another exciting chapter for the fast-rising band.
