The Tampa Bay Rodeo’s Bull Bash & Country Music Festival is set to return to the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds this January, bringing exciting rodeo action and top-tier country music to the heart of Dover. The two-day event will take place on January 17 and 18, offering a family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of entertainment, food, and live performances in between rodeo rounds.
Headlining the festival on Friday, January 17, is country music star Chris Janson, followed by Clay Walker on Saturday, January 18. Both nights will feature performances from the Crossfire Creek Band, a popular New Country and Top 40 group based in Clearwater, who will take the stage prior to the rodeo’s start each evening.
The festival follows the success of the Tampa Bay Festival of Lights and Santa’s Village, which wrapped up its nearly five-week run on December 29, and the Hillsborough County Fair held earlier in November. With this quick succession of community events, the fairgrounds continue to serve as a hub for family entertainment and fun.
The Bull Bash & Country Music Festival is a rain-or-shine event, though performances may be canceled or postponed if there is a safety concern. Updates will be posted on the event’s website and social media channels.
