Billy Joel is teaming up with fellow Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Rod Stewart for a spectacular one-night-only performance at New York’s legendary Yankee Stadium on July 18, 2025. The concert is part of Joel’s ongoing series of stadium shows, where he’s been joined by an array of A-list collaborators.
Citi cardmembers will have early access to tickets through a presale beginning January 13 at 10 a.m. ET, with the general public sale starting on January 17 at 10 a.m. ET.
This summer gig follows an exciting year for Joel, who recently celebrated his 2024 tour, which featured an impressive lineup of co-headliners such as Stewart, Stevie Nicks, Sting, and Fleetwood Mac’s drummer Jason Bonham. Joel also welcomed special guests like daughter Alexa Ray Joel, John Mayer, and Trey Anastasio throughout the year. His celebratory video featured highlights from his Madison Square Garden residency and international shows, all set to his 1976 classic “New York State of Mind.”
Billy Joel’s 2025 schedule is packed, with performances kicking off on January 17 at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL. He will also partner with Sting for several stadium shows, including stops in Indianapolis, Syracuse, Milwaukee, Charlotte, and Salt Lake City. Nicks will join him for a March performance in Detroit, while Stewart will make another appearance with Joel at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh on July 5.
