Japanese boy band Psychic Fever is gearing up for their first U.S. tour, blending hip-hop and R&B influences with a retro flair. Known for their high-energy performances and diverse musical style, the seven-member group—Tsurugi, Ryoga Nakanishi, Ren Watanabe, Jimmy, Kokoro Kohatsu, Ryushin Handa, and Weesa—first made their mark in 2022 with their debut album P.C.F.
Ahead of their U.S. debut, the band is dropping their new track, “Paradise,” which offers a fresh, nostalgic vibe while revisiting different musical influences. “It was so exciting to revisit different vibes from our previous songs,” said Jimmy in a recent interview with Reuters. The song reflects the group’s evolving sound as they explore new directions.
After a successful “Heat” tour across Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand in 2024, Psychic Fever is set to kick off their U.S. tour on February 2, visiting six cities. Their aspirations are clear: “We want to do a world tour… in the near future, and we want to chart in the U.S. Billboard Global 200,” shared Weesa, setting the stage for their global ambitions.
