Grammy-nominated country music artist Steven Lee Olsen will bring his Country Night in Canada Tour to Barrie for a special Valentine’s Day performance at The Ranch 2.0 on February 14.
Olsen, who has amassed over 80 million global streams, has earned significant recognition with multiple top-20 hits, including Out Here (No. 7) and Bigger Than This Town (No. 5) on Canadian country radio. His 2023 single Outta Yours reached No. 6 and was the fourth most-streamed song by a Canadian country artist that year, while Raised by a Good Time earned platinum certification.
A familiar face to local fans, Olsen has family roots in Barrie, Bradford, and Newmarket. He also made waves in 2023 with a performance at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
Olsen’s songwriting talents have been recognized by major country acts, with his work recorded by Garth Brooks, Rascal Flatts, and Billy Currington. His latest single, Never Not Care, features Grammy-nominated artist Mickey Guyton and marks his first duet, exploring the emotional complexity of moving on while still caring about an ex.
