Coastal cowboy Austin Mackay is hitting the road next month to celebrate the release of his latest single, Time To Learn, out on January 31. The 2025 Australian tour will see Mackay and his full band performing five exclusive shows along the east coast. Fans can catch him in Newcastle on February 15 at Howlin’ Country, Wollongong’s La La La’s on February 16, Brisbane’s Lefty’s Music Hall on February 20, Sunshine Coast’s Solbar on February 22, and wrapping up in Melbourne at The Retreat Hotel on February 28.
Pre-sale tickets is available starting tonight, January 13 AEST through Mackay’s email list. General tickets go on sale tomorrow, January 14 at 10am AEDT.
Mackay’s new single, Time To Learn, echoes the reflective tone of his recent EP, Worth The Wait, with its lyrics offering a personal reminder: “but I gotta be strong, when I’m getting it wrong, cause it takes me time to learn.” Drawing from his own life experiences, Mackay’s music offers comfort and reassurance to listeners, making each song even more meaningful.
