K-pop sensation IVE has unveiled their new single, “Rebel Heart,” as a pre-release from their highly anticipated third mini-album, IVE Empathy. The track, which dropped today (January 13) alongside a visually captivating music video, showcases the group’s evolving musical style.
Starship Entertainment describes “Rebel Heart” as a celebration of “solidarity among rebels with different narratives,” reflecting IVE’s growing confidence and artistic maturation. The song is a glimpse into the fresh sound and themes the group will explore on their upcoming mini-album, which is set to release on February 3.
While “Rebel Heart” gives fans a taste of what’s to come, the full tracklist for IVE Empathy has yet to be revealed, though Starship has teased it as an exploration of “emotional connection.”
