Camellia Festival Brings Hip-Hop Icons and Southern Culture to Huntsville

The inaugural Camellia Music & Arts Festival is set to light up Huntsville’s Orion Amphitheater from April 25–27, 2025, promising a vibrant celebration of music, art, and Southern heritage.

Headlining the three-day festival are some of hip-hop and R&B’s biggest stars, including five-time GRAMMY nominee Kehlani, Alabama’s own rap legend Gucci Mane, GRAMMY-nominated rapper J.I.D, and Big Boi, famed for his role in the iconic duo OutKast.

The festivities kick off on Friday, April 25, with a free Camellia Community Day from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. This family-friendly event will feature live performances by local talents such as Pat Jamar, O’Rian, and Meme B. Jones, alongside a host of local vendors and food trucks.

The main festival lineup takes center stage on Saturday, April 26, and Sunday, April 27, with doors opening at 1:30 p.m. and performances beginning at 3 p.m. Audiences can look forward to rising stars like Mick Jenkins, Amaria, and Black Party, along with Huntsville’s homegrown talents Chelsea Who?, Element XI, Dray the Voice, and DJ Carl.

Tickets for the festival go on sale starting Friday, Jan. 17, at 10 a.m. Fans can purchase tickets and find more details on The Orion Amphitheater’s official website.
