Jon Pardi is gearing up for the release of his fifth studio album, Honkytonk Hollywood, set for launch on April 11. The 17-track album is introduced by its title track, “Honkytonk Hollywood,” which is described as a tribute to the contrasting elements of Pardi’s life and mindset—blending the raw energy of country music with the glitz of Hollywood.
Pardi, who hails from Dixon, California, is excited to share this next chapter of his career. Reflecting on the album, he says, “All my albums have had a rock-and-roll edge with a country music flair—this one keeps rockin’. It’s also the most mature record I’ve ever made; it’s my soul poured into music.”
As a proud California native, Pardi remains deeply connected to his roots, with his family still residing in his hometown. He’s shared how his upbringing continues to influence his songwriting, particularly his focus on crafting songs based on personal experiences. Notably, Pardi is the only native Californian to be inducted into the prestigious Grand Ole Opry, further cementing his unique place in Nashville’s country music scene.
With Honkytonk Hollywood, Pardi hopes to bring a sense of pride and inspiration to his home state, blending his love for country music with a nod to his California origins.
